Intematix LED Assembly refers to the production of Solid State Lighting products that feature patented phosphor technology from the Intematix Corporation. Phosphor, a material that is luminescent, is crucial for a wide range of lighting applications, particularly for LED’s. The majority of all LED’s are blue LED’s covered in a coating of phosphor. Benefits of Intematix LED […]
Rebel Star Assembly refers to the production of products comprised of Rebel Star LED’s (light-emitting diodes) pre-soldered onto a metal core printed circuit board (MCPCB) base. Benefits of Rebel Star Assembly Rebel Star High Power LED’s (HP LED’s) have the ability to be driven by currents ranging from hundreds of milliamps (mA) to over 1 amp. Some HP LED’s […]
Luxeon Rebel Assembly refers to the production of Solid State Lighting systems and products based on highly efficient Luxeon Rebel LED technology. These components are leading-edge, ultra-compact, high-power, surface mount LEDs. Benefits of Luxeon Rebel Assembly All models of LED’s used in Luxeon Rebel Assembly feature optimum thermal performance and high lumen output. Due to their compact design, Rebel […]
High Power LED Circuits consist of configurations of light-emitting diodes, which can be driven at higher voltages than conventional LED’s, paired with a matched electric power circuit to provide the appropriate power. Benefits of High Power LED Circuits These circuits are capable of driving LED’s at currents up to hundreds of milliamps (mA) – even over 1 […]
LED Light Assembly refers to the manufacture of Solid State Lighting products using light-emitting diode (LED) technology in conjunction with printed circuit boards and other electronic components. Benefits of LED Light Assembly LED Light Assembly technology presents a vast array of benefits for both commercial and domestic use. Conventional lighting technology is far less cost-efficient than Solid State […]
Metal Core PCB Fabrication includes the design and production of printed circuit boards (PCB’s) with a metal core, intended for use with LED-based Solid State Lighting and other applications where heat dissipation is required. Benefits of Metal Core PCB Fabrication Metal Core PCB Fabrication presents a host of beneficial features for a variety of applications. A lower thermal […]
Metal PCB’s are printed circuit boards used for the dissipation of heat away from components or operating areas on the Printed Circuit Board. The Metal PCB conducts heat to less critical areas such as the metallic core and metal heat sink backing. They are constructed of a metal base (generally aluminum), non-conducting layers, conducting circuit layers, and solder mask. […]
What is Contract Manufacturing? Contract manufacturing is a type of outsourcing in which a firm is enlisted to produce components or entire products. Typically, a design or formula is presented to the contract manufacturer and then a quote is given based on labor, processes, material costs, and tooling. When a contract manufacturing firm is selected, they become the acting […]
What is Printed Circuit Board Fabrication? Printed Circuit Board Fabrication consists of the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). A PCB connects electronic components electrically and supports them mechanically. The circuit board utilizes signal traces, conductive pathways, or tracks coated onto a nonconductive substrate, etched from sheets of copper. Benefits of Printed Circuit Board Fabrication Printed Circuit Board […]
What is Electronic Access Control? Electronic access control most commonly refers to an electronic alternative to mechanical security control hardware (i.e. key-operated). Many advantages are offered by electronic access control, rendering manual access systems inferior by contrast. Without the presence of personnel at security check points, individuals can gain access at any time, if a mechanical key is […]
